Lady apple compote and baking apple

On some days.

An organic lady apple was found at eight hundred shop direct from the farm.

It isn’t season.

It looked pretty strangely, so it’s bought unconsciously.

And made one.

Compote of a picture.

Apple is peeled.

After just a little water and skin of apple and apple are also put in a staub pot.

A lid is done and heated.

In about 15 minutes, finish.

The white source which is under the apple?

Homemade soybean milk yogurt.

When pepper is sprinkled and eaten.

The sweetness of the apple is always delicious.

And the next day is this.

Drainer yogurt and cinnamon were put in and made.

Baking apple.

It seems very good.

Drainer yogurt was a wrong choice.

Even if I say that I drained tightly.

That water comes out during calcination as expected.

It isn’t bad, but the one which is not completely satisfactory is apparent.

The apple is water soluble, because a dietary fiber is included much.

It’s said that you help the digestion of carbohydrates.

The drying potato and the kinds of mushrooms I like have abundant insoluble dietary fibers.

To notice that I seem to like a dietary fiber!
